About the Event
How we say something and the way we say it are often more important than what we say. This is because the tone, pitch and sound of your voice constantly convey all of your feelings; especially when you're unaware of them yourself! The tone of your voice determines the quality of the conversation, because the frequency you transmit sets the stage. In this interactive call we'll be looking at vocal cues and why the tone of your voice is so important. You'll gain awareness of how your voice changes when someone says something that's threatening and how to respond when you're being accused. We'll also look at how to establish common ground. In this ninety minute call you will· get a chance to practice communicating in ways that build connection· cultivate awareness of how your voice changes when you're triggered· role play how to use your voice to establish common groundIf you're interested in Cordelia's work please go to "You & Your Voice" www.youandyourvoice.com
